Close to Downtown
Amethyst Inn at Regents Park is located right between Downtown Victoria and Oak Bay Town Centre. We're less than two kilometers (about 20 minutes) to downtown shopping centres and Victoria's China Town.

The Inner Harbour of Victoria is truly beautiful. You can stroll around and enjoy the views as you walk past the Legislative Building, Empress Hotel, Royal British Columbia Museum and Beacon Hill Park; these are just some of the landmarks that you'll see. In the summer there are many street performers. Some will entertain you, some create wonderful paintings, while others are carve little totem poles.

Close to Oak Bay
In the opposite direction, another two kilometers north from the Amethyst Inn, is the town of Oak Bay. This area is considered one of the most historic neighbourhoods in Greater Victoria, full of grand mansions established by wealthy city residents and delightfully manicured parks. Today, Oak Bay still retains a distinct gentle flavor reflected by its villages shops, restaurants and tearooms. No matter what time of the year you visit, there is always a warm welcome awaiting you in charming Oak Bay.

Scenic Route
Eastbound from the St. Charles Street to the Beach Drive, just three minutes by car or ten minutes by walk, starts ten kilometers of beautiful scenic route. Many joggers take about 90 minutes to see the scenic route to enjoy the breathtaking picturesque scenery. Pass the green grass of the Oak Bay golf court into the Oak Bay Marine. It is a phenomenal scenery. This is something you won’t want to miss!
